Single deliverable edits, such as a 1,000 word article, blog, thought leadership piece, etc. $200 per 1,000 words (varies based on complexity-specific rate finalized after previewing draft)

Book proposal or book section/full draft editing  (varies based on complexity-specific rate finalized after previewing draft)

• Line editing for grammar, understanding, awkward phrasing, etc. with suggested edits $150 per 1,000 words
• Developmental editing to strengthen gaps in content, flow, or narrative, restructure sections of the book, and collaborate with the author via Zoom for “writing therapy”:
  • $200-$225 per 1,000 words, or $75 per page of 350 ish words
  • $375 for strategy calls (1 hour). or $1350 for 4-pack to be used within 6 months
  • Customized combination packages available

Pitch editing (for journalists, publicists, and similar): $100 per email pitch, or $200 per email pitch along with short accompanying strategy call to review changes/next steps (half hour).

• Editing a mostly-written thought leadership piece: $500
• Writing a thought leadership piece after conversation with client: $1,000-$2,000
• Writing a thought leadership piece including in-depth research and multiple conversations with client, or on a more complex topic: $1,500-$2,300
• Helping publicist market and pitch thought leadership piece (includes pitch formatting, identifying pub, follow up collab anonymously for edits) : $500 per piece
