I’m a Cincinnati-based journalist and founder of an editorial marketing agency that offers brands strategy and content collaboration across all of their platforms and projects. I earned my B.A. in Mass Communications/Journalism and a Master of Arts in teaching. I’m a previous educator who specialized in training journalists on developing their authentic writing voices.

I published my first story at 18 in the local paper—coverage of my town's tiny American Idol contest. From then on, I decided to keep reporting on things I cared about. That's still my "why".
When not writing, I enjoy spending time with my five kids, lovingly referred to as “#4frostyboys” and “#1frostysis” on social media. As a busy mom, I’m a firm believer in work-life balance.
